Observation

2)c) There were a few cords in areas accessible to children including laptop and mouse cords on the counter in the kitchen/upstairs play area and pencil sharpener and diffuser cords on the counter in the downstairs playroom. 2)d) There was a plastic bag in the upstairs hallway that was accessible to children. There was another plastic bag in the classroom downstairs that was accessible to children. 3)c)g) There was a pink plastic chair in the outdoor play area that had broken plastic on the back rest. This posed a pinch hazard and the equipment was not in good condition. 3)g) There was a board missing from the brackets for the sandbox surround. One of the plastic brackets had broken plastic as well. 4)c)i) The light bulbs in the ceiling fan in the upstairs play area are not shatter resistant or covered as required. 5)a) There were two outlets accessible to children in the dining area upstairs that had sliding safety covers that were stuck in the open position, exposing the outlets underneath.
